The hotel was right next to the main street so it was very convenient to go shopping and go eat out. The room was big and very nice.

Very noisy on friday night. I would not recommend that night but all other nights seem fine. Parking was full.

Handily located for visiting the castle and old town. Also close to the Fira area for the Festival - even if it was the Festival of Snails...

It would be nice to have an english speaking TV Channel (CNN or similar) and maybe a radio channel in the room. Not sure about the centrally controlled airconditioning system. It wasn't a problem during our stay, but might be for extreme temperatures where people's preferences for a specific temperature could vary widely.

everything was excellent during 3 days, loved its comfortable and unbeatable location close to castle on the hill as well as the local castle and the restaurant area. the rooms were immaculate and spotless, had hypoallergenic pillows. there was a bathtub, a plus for me. the stay was perfectly pleasant.

The super nice team, especially Rem. The big, clean room was comfy, and the location is perfect-close to everything we wanted to explore. Wi-Fi could use an upgrade, though.

Thank you for a great stay. This is ideal and fairly clean hotel with cheap rooms and accommodating staff. The venue is in a good position and the airport is 20 km away.

I had troubles getting a non-smoking room as requested. I got twice transferred to another room, but the smell and ash tray was always present. The shower head is quite low and will be uncomfortable to use if taller than 1,80 m. The furniture looked a bit tired and the staff, although helpful, didn't make you feel very at ease. The room was very noisy, be it neighbours or the traffic in the street. However, you do get what you pay for.

It was easy to find. The convenience of the parking and very reasonable parking rates for in the city. Staff were helpful and the area seemed safe. The beds were soooo comfortable, we had the best nights sleep for a while. We only stayed for one night and found the access in & out of the city to the highways was very easy.

A small refridgerator would have been handy.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore Lleida.

Fairly central location but we could not obtain a city centre map from reception. Lifts from car park to reception / room floor.

Car park difficult to move in. Exit access into an unmade alley which was obstructed by parked cars when we finally made it out of parking area
